Bone-in BBQ Pork Spare Ribs


3 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce

2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoons of DBD “Lip Smack’n Cajun Dry Marinade

2 tablespoons of DBD “Grill’n Diamond

  1. Clean Bone-in ribs.

  2. After meat is cleaned, add soy sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, and seasoning to the bowl.

  3. Massage meat until evenly coated.

  4. Set in fridge for 2 or more hours .

  5. After your meat is done marinating, bake in 350 degree oven on wire rack for 45 min

BBQ Sauce

1 cup mango bbq sauce

1 Tablespoons soy sauce

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 Teaspoons crushes red pepper

1 Teaspoons balsamic vinegar

2 Tablespoons of DBD “Diamond’s Everything Seasoning

2 Tablespoons butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 Teaspoons jalapeño salt

  1. Simmer bbq sauce for 5 min on medium heat .

  2. Remove sauce from the heat.

  3. Baste with sauce on frequently for 1-2 hours
