Easy Recipe: Fresh chips!


Ingredient:

4 cups oil

3-4 thinly sliced potatoes DBD Herb Infused Salt

DBD Sweet & Spicy Diam


Steps:

1. Slice and add potatoes to cold water while you cook each batch, pat dry with paper towel before frying

2. After drying, gently add them to the oil

3. cook until golden brown on both sides

4. Remove chips from oil, set on wire rack to remove oil

5. Immediately season with your favorite Diamanté By Diamond seasoning
